Meydan Group

About the developer

Meydan Group was established in Dubai in 2007 around the development of Meydan Racecourse and the wider Meydan district. Its real-estate activities have included Meydan Avenue, Meydan Gated Community, the Meydan Hotel, Emirates Airline housing and major components of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, including District One. The group developed residential, hospitality, commercial, sporting and entertainment assets around the racecourse and surrounding districts. In March 2024, Meydan was incorporated into Dubai Holding alongside Nakheel, and its separate board was abolished. Current projects carrying the Meydan name are therefore managed within the wider Dubai Holding and Nakheel structure. Explore the developer’s available projects and apartment layouts on Maerton.
